He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrachek and Mary Andrachek (Chemsak); his wife Irene E. Andrachek (Girman); and his siblings, Mary Lyons, Ann Panzo, John Jr. and George Andrachek.
He is survived by: his children, James Andrachek (Deborah) of Export, PA, Richard Andrachek (Cindy) of Vacaville, CA and Donna Baker (James) of Edgewater, MD; and his grandchildren, Michael, Victoria Andrachek, Luke Baker, Matthew, Mark, Rachael, Rebekah and Elizabeth. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Greater Monessen Historical Society and Heritage Museum, 505 Donner Ave. Monessen, PA 15062.
