She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lewgood and Sophia Lewgood (Miyka); her husband Paul Bozik; her daughter-in-law Lynn Bozik; and her siblings, Stanley, Tony Lewgood, Helen Ducar and Genevieve Kornosky.
She is survived by: her son Gary R. Bozik of North Charleroi; her granddaughters, Kelly Pantalo (Joe) and Dana Carter (Jon); and her great grandchildren, Joey and Carter Pantalo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
