She was predeceased by: her parent Ernest Horn; her husband John H. Lender; and her brothers, Eugene Horn and Fred Horn. She is survived by: her parent Robenia Duncan Horn; her sons, Timothy Lender (Myrna) of Lower Burrell and Thomas Lender (Debbie) of Monessen; her sister Margie Hazlet of Bryan; and her grandchildren, Brian Lender, Kelly Beltz, Nicole Davis, Kristie Pampena and Jamie Lender. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
