She is survived by: her daughter Damara; her son-in-law Robert Krukowsky of Perryopolis; her grandson Dylan Krukowsky; her brother Robert; her sister-in-law Pat Mayllen of Uniontown; and her sisters, Theresa Weiner of California, Patty Mayllen of Pittsburgh and Dorothy Mayllen of Coal Center. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
