She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Matinsky and Mary Matinsky (Jankowski); her husband Stephen A. Hazy Sr.; and her brother Michael Matinsky. She is survived by: her children, Stephen A. Hazy Jr. of Summerville, SC and Janice Hazy of Charleston, SC; her siblings, Stanley Matinsky (Eva) of Monessen, Steve Matinsky (Carol) of Monessen and Betty Ann Meikle of Greensburg; and her brother-in-law James Hazy of Monessen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Everyone attending the viewing and funeral is kindly asked to wear a mask.
