He was predeceased by: his father Ronald W. DeZardo. He is survived by: his mother Linda Murin DeZardo; his sisters, Lisa DeZardo of Monessen and Lori (Craig Ernst) of Elizabeth; and his nieces and nephews, Macy and Andrew Ernst. He is also survived by Aunts and Uncles and cousins.
