She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sr. Turkovich and Mary Turkovich (Cocca); her siblings, Frances Turkovich and John A. "Butchie" Turkovich; and her aunt Rita Cocca.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Hackinson; her daughter Mary Anne Hackinson (Kyn Hardin); her siblings, Anthony Turkovich (Peggy) of Hunker, Michael Turkovich (Brenda) of Madison, Donald Turkovich (Michelle) of Dunlevy, Sherri Fertall (Bernie) of Monessen, Susan Turkovich of Monessen and Mary Marsden of Monessen; her sister-in-law Patty Clousi of Fallowfield Twp; and her fur grandkids, TK, Geno, Duper, Peanut, Oliver, Oshie and Snickers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
