He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roscoe and Elizabeth Roscoe (Jadyk); his sister Mary Kay Balliard; and his parents-in-law, Joe and Jean Ciglar.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Roscoe (Ciglar); his sisters, Luanne Roscoe (Mike Desko) and Linda McQueen (Brian); and his cousins, Tommy Ciglar (Anna) and Jon Ciglar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
