He is survived by: his siblings, Marlene Cox and Russell Neff; his daughter Sherry Neff; his wife Michele Neff; his children, Bruce Neff (Andrea) of San Jose, CA, Charles Neff (Stacy), Samuel Neff (Sean) and Richele Neff Wittman (Chris); his sisters, Arlene Efaw (Curt) and Shona Eakin (Mike); and his sisters-in-law, Merilee Carlucci (Ralph) and Marti Miller. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren with one on the way and one great-grandchild; and several other loving family members and friends.
