He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kelly and Alice Ray Kelly; and his brother William Scott Ray. He is survived by: his daughter Morgan Cloud of Ambridge; his siblings, Genine Prosser of Belle Vernon and George; his sister-in-law Michele Canzonieri of Monessen; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Prosser, Angelica Logue, Scott Prosser (Nicole), David Prosser, Anthony Canzonieri, Allen Canzonieri and Eric Diggs; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Julianna Prosser, Ruby Logue, Scott Prosser III, Roman Cotlar, Dominic, Cayden Canzonieri and David Prosser II.
