Betty Ann Hazy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2020, at the age of 83, Betty Ann Hazy (Monessen, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Relich and Helen Relich (Sutovich); and her siblings, George, Mark, Dorothy, Stella, Bertha, Pearl, Mitzi and Cassie.
She is survived by: her husband James J. Hazy; her daughter Hope Hyde of Baldwin; her granddaughter Kali Hyde (Tom Gmiter) of Brentwood; and her siblings, JoAn Relich of Manhattan, NY and Nick Relich of Perryopolis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
