She is survived by: her parent Anna Tkach (Tokar); her husband Alfred J. Ulens; her children, Robert J. Ulens (Amy) of Monessen, Barbara Troilo (Robert) of Monessen and Beverly A. Clark (William) of Fallowfield Twp; her grandchildren, Michele Ashcraft (Thomas), Kelly Jampedro (Chad), Amanda Vingas (Anthony), Justin Trolio, Breann Clark and Bayley Clark; and her great grandchildren, Rocco Jampedro, Mia Jampedro and Alana Vingas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
