He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foglia and Carmela Foglia (Troiano); and his siblings, Joseph, Eugene, Norman Foglia, Helen Bosh and Eleanor Stanish.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Foglia (Perotti); his children, Dave Foglia (Lisa) of North Huntingdon and Kelley Reed (Robert) of Monessen; his grandchildren, Kendra Reed and Chase Foglia; and his sister-in-law Carole Foglia of Monongahela. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
