He is survived by: his parents, Willie Cook of Hopewell Township and Belinda Jones (Hauser) of Beaver Falls; his wife Angela Marie Cook (Annarumo); his stepchildren, Antonio Annarumo Sr. (Samantha) of New Castle, Raevonne Murray of New Castle, Ra'liyah Murray and Rachael Annuramo; his great-grandparent Connie Cook; his sister Elyse Jones; his nieces, Yauri Morris, Yanni Jones, Yale Lurry, Mishyia Perry, Nevaeh-Raene Cook and Belliana Cook; his sisters-in-law, Michaela Allen, Deborah Annarumo and Nancy Annarumo of Jeannette, PA; his friends, Big Mark and Little Mark; and his close friends, Jamal, Justin and Bob. He is also survived by six step grandchildren.
