He was predeceased by: his father James N. Higgins. He is survived by: his mother Donna Higgins Sr. (Grady) of Fombell; his siblings, Joy Hart (Bill) of Fombell and James "Jim" N. Higgins Jr. of Fombell; and his children, Shannon Brown and Christopher Higgins (Trista) of Appleton, WI. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and many loyal, loving, friends.
