He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kenneth and Mae Llewellyn Swan. He is survived by: his former wife Phoebe MacPhee Swan; his brother Jon Llewellyn Swan; his sister-in-law Anne R. Swan; his wife Valerie E. Swan; his daughter Llewellyn Swan Prater; his child-in-law Reverend Paul Ross Prater of Dallas, TX; his daughter Heather MacPhee Swan of Denton, TX; his grandsons, Dylan Ross Prater (Taylor) of Dallas, TX and Lane Lukens Prater (Julie) of Wylie, TX; his stepdaughters, Lisa M. Morgan (Jeffrey) of Cape May, NJ, Kristina L. Mine (Andy) of Beaver Falls and Heather R. Matuszewski of Beaver Falls; his stepgrandsons, Dominic A. and Andrew S. Mine of Beaver Falls; his great grandchildren, Peyton Thomas Prater, Judd W. and June L. Prater; his brother Robert S. Swan (Cassandra); his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Hunter of Miami, FL, Gregory Estermyer (Charlotte) of Plano, TX, Janese Whitelaw and Diane Swan of Ft. Myers, FL; and his friend March. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tom's name to St. John the Baptist Church, Catholic Charities Beaver County, or a charity of your choice.
