He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin "Oss" Lewarchik and Evelyn D. Alexander Lewarchik. He is survived by: his son Jesse (Amanda); his granddaughter Zoe; his brothers, Robert (Nita) and Edward; his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Benjamin, George, Rae, Pamela and Catherine; his great-nieces and great-nephews, David, Daniel, Austin, Alyssa, Kaylee and Hadley; his friend Robby; his nephew Rohn Edward; and his pets, Beach and Ginger.
