He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Cochran and Betty J. Cochran; and his brothers, Randy K. Cochran, Sr. and George E. Cochran, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Gary Cochran (Patti) of East Liverpool, OH; his cousins, Cathy Snyder (Frank) of Harrisburg, PA and Elizabeth Kcehowski (James) of Conway, PA.; and also Keith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
