He was predeceased by: his wife Betty A. Barto; his son Gary R. Barto; his parents, Stewart Barto and Mary Barto (Dockter); and his siblings, Charles, Eugene Barto, Marian Kaszer and Rose Ciccone.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia'Cindy'Barto; his grandchildren, Brittany Loncar (Logan), Aaron and Matthew; his daughter-in-law Karen L. Barto; and his great grandchildren, Ian and Revay. He is also survived by grand dogs and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory, if desired to the Beaver County Humane Society.
