She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Farkas and Rose Farkas; her siblings, Frederick Nelson, Louis Farkas, Gyorgy Farkas, Wilma Custer, Sylvia Zwieryznski, Rose Bovalino, Margaret Nicgorski, Esther Barnes, Goldie Thomas and Veronika Farkas; and her in-laws, Barbara Rishel and Phillip Patton, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Patti Jo Patton and Eric Patton (Lisa); her grandchildren, Samantha and Brandon Patton; her former husband William R. Patton; her brothers, Paul Farkas, Steven Farkas (Norma) and Frank Farkas (Wilma); and her in-laws, Earla Nelson, Betty Murphy, Ellen Eberhardt, Terry Patton (Connie) and Edward "Dino" Patton (Lauren).
The family has suggested memorial contributions be made, if desired in Sally's memory to Rehoboth Lutheran.
