He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mineard and Mildred Mineard (Brewer); and his siblings, Harold, Clark, Charles Mineard, Carol Young, Diane Marchione, Janet Schmidt, Judy Malloy, Connie Dalessandri and Nancy Mineard.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Mineard (Biskup); his children, Rodger A. Mineard (Kim), Jeffrey Mineard and Gail Mineard (Kevin); his grandson Alec; his stepgrandchildren, Devin, Brian Knox (Sara), Hunter, Brayden and Brooklyn; his siblings, Gary Mineard (Sharon), Gloria Landfried and Cheryl Johnson; and his pets, River and Noah.
