He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Sr. Rowe and Martha H. Rowe (Cisco). He is survived by: his wife Linda Parise Rowe; and his siblings, Margie Farinacci (Alan Crisman) and Timothy Rowe (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made, if desired in Bob's memory to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA. 15001.
