Kruise (Linda) and Christopher A. Kruise; his grandchildren, Rachel, Paige, Taylor, Cameron, Kristyn, Michael, Mia and Bentley; and his siblings, Patrick Kruise and Tina Ruckert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
