She is survived by: her spouse Jesse Straub; her children, Richard Straub and Bethany Straub; her sister Erica Van Berkum (Joshua); her parents-in-law, Pete Straub of Riverside and Lindy Hite of Darlington; her sister-in-law Amanda Jasinski (John); her nephews, Bailey and Duncan; her niece Emma; her aunt Diane Little of Kansas City; her cousin Karen Miller (Joe) of Tennessee; her godmother Kathy Smith (Leon) of New Brighton; her nieces, Natasha Sullivan and Breanna Sullivan; and also, Johnny Hite and Sherry Hite. She is also survived by wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
To honor Rachael, the family asks for donations to be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
