It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penelope J. Cercone of Monaca, Pennsylvania, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert and Shella Wolfe (Bailey). She is survived by: her brother Mark Wolfe (Marcie Oakes); her aunt Betty; her uncle Richard Wolfe; her nieces, Rachel Wolfe, Krystle Wolfe and Kelly Hill; her nephew Dewayne Wilson; and her close friends, Rozalyn Johnson and Gina Cornelius. She is also survived by several cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, a maximum of 25 people will be permitted in the funeral home at a time, social distancing will be practiced at the funeral home and church, and masks are mandatory at the visitation and funeral service.
