She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Madden and Eleanor Coakley (Witherow); her daughter Susan Grannis; her husband Stanley 'Snip Snyder; and her grandparents, William and Clara Witherow.

She is survived by: her children, Sherri Weber (late Donald), Judi Snyder and Mark Snyder (Judy); her grandchildren, Drew Snyder, Tori Snyder, Lindsey Grannis, William Snyder and Sydney Grannis; her great grandchild Braxton Snyder; and her son-in-law Robert Grannis.

The family has requested memorial contributions be made, if desired, in Pat's memory to the Mission and Benevolence Fund of the church.
