She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Zelenak and Margaret Zelenak (McGuire) of Hopewell Township; and her brother-in-law Ronald Biskup. She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her sons, Michael Biskup (Belicia) and Mark Biskup (Heather); her grandchildren, Tyler, Logan, Charlie, Chase and Elly; her brothers, Robert G. Zelenak, Jr. and Michael Zelenak; her nieces and nephews, Marie Hickmann (Patrick), Rhonda Biskup, Ronnie Biskup and Cory Zelenak (Lenka); and her sister-in-law Carol Biskup.
Memorial contributions may be made in Patty's memory to the Sturge-Weber Foundation to help find a cure for Patty's grandson, Chase.
