He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Madish and Mary Madish; his son Nicky Jr.; and his siblings, Pete, John Madish, Ruth Stirling and Nancy Cindrich.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rosemary Barker, Shirley-Jim Shaffer (Beaver Falls), Susan Davis (Monaca) and Julie-Wayne Gibson (Chippewa Twp); his siblings-in-law, Peggy Madish (Industry) and Gary Stirling (Butler); and his sister Diane Chirico (Beaver). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
