Capalbo; her daughter Melissa; her son-in-law Christopher Leone; her son James; her daughter-in-law Jessica Capalbo; her granddaughter Saylor Capalbo; her siblings, Karen Lyons (David), Diane Pappas (Jeffery) and Kenneth Kovac Jr.; her parents-in-law, Joan Capalbo and Peter Capalbo; her stepfather Lou Tadich; and her brother-in-law James Capalbo. She was also cherished by cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions if desired be made to the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center at Shadyside Hospital in her name.
