Rubino of Monaca, Pennsylvania, born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 28, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W., Sr. and Frances M. Rubino (Ciccone); and his brother David F. Rubino. He is survived by: his children, Trena Sepos (Eric) of Center Township and Darrin Rubino (Michelle) of Madison, Indiana; his grandson Christian Sepos; his brother Charles W., Jr. Rubino (Sandra); and his sister-in-law Donna Rubino.
