She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Michael Midzianowsky and Christine Midzianowsky Papinchak; her daughter Phyllis Schroeder; and her siblings, Patricia McBride and Pete Midzianowsky.
She is survived by: her daughters, Chris Bernard (Mike) and Candy Brooks; her son-in-law Dave Schroeder (Trish); her sister Nadine Safran (Brian); and her great-niece Paisliegh. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
All services will be private, the family has requested flowers be omitted and any memorial contributions be directed to St Jude's Children's Hospital or given to the family.
