She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Sr. Butchki and Mary Butchki (Labasik). She is survived by: her brother John R. Butchki, Jr.; her niece Jessica Butchki Revier; her pet Miss Kitty; and also Scott Revier.

The family has requested memorial contributions be made, if desired in Judi's memory to Mary Queen of Saints Parish.
