He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alexys Shields of Reno, Adam Shields II (Abby Kawecki) of Greenford and Mikey Ward of Youngstown, Ohio.; his sister Patty Miller (Fred) of Monca, PA; and his brother-in-law David Speigle Sr. of New Brighton, PA.
