He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jacobs and Josephine Wywrot Jacobs; and his sister Karen. He is survived by: his daughter Dana Jacobs of Monaca; his brothers, Eugene Jacobs of Monaca and Robert Jacobs of Baden; his nephews, Patrick and Robert; and his niece Tammy. He is also survived by several sisters in law and brothers in law, numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
