He is survived by: his parent Josephine Milligan; his wife Grace Milligan (Tomasello); his children, James Milligan (Jennifer), Josie Swope (James), Joanne Chirico (Charles) of Monaca and Joshua Milligan (Deanne Branch); his grandchildren, Michael (Ciara Dodge), Jeffrey, Julia (Jared Nielson), Irelynne, Jase Milligan, Ryan Hague of Chippewa, Nicholas Gill, Gabriel Gill, Raeliegh Swope and Zoey Chirico of Monaca; his siblings, Vickie Wynn of Monaca, Allen Milligan (Doris) of Rochester and Mary Jo Baden (Bruce) of Monaca; and his sister-in-law Donna Milligan of Rochester.
