Jean A. Lokey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean A. Lokey (Monaca, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean A. Lokey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Winkle and Anna Winkle; and her husbands, Joseph Lokey and William Andrew Bruce. She is survived by: her sister Jane Davis; her children, Trudy Bellan, Penny Bruce, Michael Lokey (Candace) and David Lokey; her grandchildren, Justin Bellan (Beth), Jared Bellan (Melissa), Anna Marie Bishop (Tim), Joseph Bruce (Kim), Michael Bruce and Lee Ann Lokey; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Max, Jacob Bellan, Ezra, Emery Bishop and Cadence Hartnett; and her caregivers, Renee, Stephanie, Sherita and Anita. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Simpson Funeral and Cremation Service (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061). She was bold and courageous, even during Covid, to hold Bible studies in her apartment.
Memorial contributions can be made, if desired, to St. Jude's Hospital.
