She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Eckstein and John Eckstein; her siblings, Betty, Dan, Dorothy (Frank), Ann Veda (Norman) and Butch; and her siblings-in-law, Walt, Mary Jane Bryner (Homer) and Patricia Phillips (Stan).

She is survived by: her children, David (Jessica) of Annapolis, MD, Brian of Hampton, VA, Susan (Lee) of Huntersville, NC and Kelly (Doug) of Pittsburgh, PA.; her sisters, Janice Jane and Gladys (Don); her grandchildren, Kelsey Newman Thomason (Patrick) of Centreville, VA, Jenna Newman of Charleston, SC and Jonathan Newman of Wilmington, NC.; and her great grandchild Steven Baird Thomason.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral and Cremation Service (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061). A prayer was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St John the Baptist Catholic Church (1409 Pennsylvania Ave, Monaca, PA 15061).
