He is survived by: his children, LuAnn (Rick), Lynn, Bobby (Jackie) and Johnny (Adrienne); his grandchildren, Ricky, Robbie, Amanda, Tommy (Samantha), Steven, Johnny and Nicole; and his pet Sammy. He is also survived by Eight great grandchildren and his beloved companion.
