He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fredericks and Shirley Fredericks (Birge); his grandparents, James, Myrtle Birge, Anna and Alan H. Fredericks; and his brother-in-law Frank Cascio.

He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Fredericks (Tomasko); his sons, Shawn and Erik Fredericks; his stepdaughter Sheila Fennell (Dan); his grandchildren, Kirstyn (William Thomas), Kloe and Max; his sister Cheryl Cascio; and his siblings-in-law, Anthony Balistrieri and Joann Balistrieri. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
