He was predeceased by: his daughter Lynda Miller; and his granddaughter Crystal Klein. He is survived by: his wife Rosalinde; his children, Howard Blinn III (Leigh) and Sandy Dean (Ed); and his sisters, Norma Jean Valent and Katheryn Alberti. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
