He is survived by: his mother Patricia Howard (Glen Burnie, MD); his wife Holly; his sisters, Sharon Hale (Dave) of Glen Burnie, MD., Peggy Dill (Jeff) of Danville, VA., Hilda Polcznski (Steve) of Pasadena, MD. and Mary Simms (Phil) of Murfreesboro, TN.; and his grandchildren, John D. Howard, Marceline Howard, Ace Zuniga and Annabel Lee Pinkert.
