She is survived by: her children, Jack, Richard (Bonnie), David and Susan Werthman Bernard (Robert); and her grandchildren, Brian Kroskey, Leigh Ann Monac (Derek), Chase and Hunter Werthman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
