She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis W. Smith and Harriet K. Smith (Haller); her grandson Otto; and her sister June. She is survived by: her sons, Jack Wheeler (Cheryl) and James E. Gitts, Jr. (Sue); her grandchildren, Traci, Travis and Jeff (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Maykayla, Kara, Kylie, Jaden, Jaelyn and Audrey; her nieces, Pat (Tom Johnson), Susan and Barb; her great-nieces, Ashley and Jenelle; and also Sherri Snyder Weber. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Service (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061).
