He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stephens and Marjorie Ellen Stephens (Bostwick). He is survived by: his wife Esther I. Stephens (Lynch); his son Donald Stephens (Judy) of Monaca; his grandchildren, Pamela, Michael and Matthew; his siblings, Victor Stephens, Barbara Starcher, Mary Magliocca (Joe), Marjorie Morrison, Boneta Foltz (Paul) and Glenna Watkins; his sisters-in-law, Yva Schoerner and Berlee Fischer; and his close friends, Jack McMillen (Joyce), Earl Naugle (Marion) and Mary Parker.
