Edna Emma Davis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Emma Davis of Monaca, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 5, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Primo and Rosina Primo (Castrone); her husband John Davis; her siblings, Anthony Primo (Clara), Robert Primo (Anna), Mary DeBacco (Vincent), Avelia Fronko (Matthew), Julia Zigerelli (Eugene), Evelyn Swain (Allen) and Elisa; her in-laws, Robert and Fannie Davis; and also John.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Davis, Michael Davis (Bianca Russo) and Jeffrey Davis (Renee Grandchamp); and her friends, Christian, Queen of Saints and John. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and four step-great-granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral and Cremation Service (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061). A prayer was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Simpson Funeral and Cremation Service (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061).
The family has suggested rather than flowers that memorial gifs be given in Edna's memory to the American Cancer Society.
