He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David R. Sr. Milne and Zella Frances Milne (Dunlap); and his wife Verna Faye Rambo Milne.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral and Cremation Service (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061). Viewing was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Service (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pathway Church (239 Braun Rd, Beaver Falls, PA 15001).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, if desired in his memory to the Pathway Church.
