He is survived by: his parent Martin Dale Bolinger; his stepparent Fayetta Bolinger; his wife Susan Matthews Bolinger; his son Jared Bolinger; his daughter-in-law Nani; his grandchildren, Savannah, Liam, Ethan and Victoria of Hopewell Township, PA; his daughter Nicole Bolinger Warner; his son-in-law Steven; his grandchildren, Alana, Aubree and Nolan of Elkton, MD; his son Joel Bolinger; his daughter-in-law Amy; his grandson Mason of Monaca, PA; his son Cory Bolinger; his daughter-in-law Ramsha; his grandson Noah of Washington, D. C; his sibling Mark Bolinger; and his siblings-in-law, Linda, Roxanne, Tom, Megan, Scott Matthews, Janice, Bruce Matthews and Debbie. He is also survived by his children, their spouses, and his grandchildren.
