He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Witalis and Olga Witalis (Kolenda). He is survived by: his children, Conrad E. Witalis (Cynthia) and Nicole Witalis DiCicco (Dale); his wife Nell Witalis of Aliquippa, PA.; his brother Erwin Witalis; his grandchildren, Brooke DiCicco, Jesse DiCicco, Christopher DiCicco of Center Twp, PA, Owen Witalis and Ean Witalis of Patterson Twp; and his nephew Scott Witalis (Diana) of Cranberry Twp.

Due to COVID19 restrictions, only 25 people are permitted in the funeral home at one time.
