She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Patty Yarosz, Rosemary O'Neill (Joe), Larry Glass (Angela), Kevin Glass (Brenda), Dana Vaughn (Robert), Mary Kay Vargo (Joe), John Petures (Cindy), Diane Tepovich (Daniel), Mary Elizabeth Glynn (Mark), Terry Zagar (Donna), Evelyn Logan (Roger) and Michael Zagar.
The family has requested memorial contributions may be made, if desired in Catherine's memory to St John the Baptist Catholic Church.
