She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Blackledge and Maldon Kaylor Blackledge; her former husband Robert P. Namath; her siblings, Jean Adams, Lewis Blackledge, Joan Kaylor, Robert Hall and Earl Blackledge; and her close friends, Corky Mickey and Peggy MacMahan.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Sluzynsky (Steve) of Monaca, Robert P. Namath, Jr. of Monaca and Richard Namath (Sara) of Conway; her grandchildren, Tim Namath, Steven Sluzynsky, Meghan Sluzynsky Dellas, Madison Namath, Abigail Namath, Hunter Namath and Caleb Namath; her nieces, Debbie Elmer and Nancy Tanski; her daughter Lisa Rambo; and her close friend Patricia Miller.
